The 7 Rivers Home envisions a compassionate community, united through strong partnerships, dedicated to building and sustaining a hospice home that serves as a place of comfort and care.

What will 7 Rivers Home be like?

For those who need more than home care but seek an alternative to hospitals or nursing homes, a hospice home offers expert medical support in a peaceful, home-like space.

  • Expect compassionate end-of-life care that terminally ill patients often cannot receive at home, in a hospital, or in a nursing home.

  • .Our home-like atmosphere with private bedrooms and porch for patients as well as living rooms, dining rooms, and butterfly gardens and trails for family and loved ones.

  • Visitors are welcome at 7 River Home around the clock, seven days a week, including children and often, pets.

  • Around-the-clock expert care with individualized care plans, immediate relief from pain and suffering, with visits by your hospice provider and family support services.
